Try your hand at surfing at The Wave (pictured left), Bristol’s first inland surf centre, enjoy a round of golf or unwind with a spa day at the luxurious Celtic Manor Resort, or experience the excitement of Chepstow Racecourse, which hosts regular race days, festivals, and concerts. For outdoor enthusiasts, Way2Go Adventures offers canoe and paddleboard hire along the scenic River Wye.

If you have an interest in history and castles, you’ll be pleased to know that both Chepstow Castle and Caldicot Castle are just a short 10-minute drive away. These impressive sites regularly host family-friendly events throughout the year and make for a fascinating afternoon exploring.
